CBT & DBT Therapy
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) teaches you how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is based on CBT, with greater focus on emotional and social aspects. These approaches are evidenced-based in helping to build positive coping skills for anxiety, stress, depression, as well as develop effective communication and improve relationships with others.
Sexual Assault &
Domestic Violence
I have extensive experience helping survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. The specificity of care you deserve when experience a trauma of this degree is immense. I strive to help you process your trauma in a safe space that let’s you begin to get your life back.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a form of therapy that helps people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences by using bilateral eye movements. We may feel “stuck” based off of these experiences (and not even know it!) and EMDR allows us to put away the past and move forward with more positive and adaptive ways of coping.
Co-Occurring issues
Substance abuse and mental health disorders are hard enough. Combined, these co-occurring issues such as alcoholism and depression, eating disorders and drug dependence, PTSD and addiction, can be debilitating. Together through hard work we will empower you to take control of your life. It’s never too late!
Wellness
Wellness is an active process of making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. By assessing your personal wellness goals, we can design a plan focused on bringing all aspects of your health into harmony. Sometimes our thoughts and feelings can act as obstacles for us to becoming physically and emotionally healthy. Whether it’s work/life harmony, daily stressors of relationship or family responsibilities, or finding time for self-care, I’m here to help you build the confidence, strength, and coping skills to finding a more balanced life.
Telehealth Sessions
I offer remote-based video therapy sessions for your convenience. Therapy should be accessible and easy to use, and with today’s technology there’s nothing that should stop your progress. Therapy from the comfort of your own home.

Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance, however I can provide a superbill upon request.
